Toddler Busy Bag: Ghost Shapes for Young Writers
Ghost Shapes for Young Writers consists of three activity sheets available for young children who are just starting to learn how to use a pencil to form shapes.
Each activity sheet is made up of a grid to help children learn the motor movement of making each shape. The first box in each column has a black shape for the child to trace with their pencil. The second box in each column has a grey shape for the child to trace with their pencil. The last box is where the where a child will continue the fine motor movement to make their own shape. There are arrows added to the final two boxes to give the child a place to start drawing their shape.

My 4 year old son worked down each column. He kept the same fine motor movement throughout until he drew his own shape! |
