Introducing our fifth game of the week...

Three Ghost Friends Coin and Plate Toss

This carnival game is based on the incredibly frustrating Coin and Plate Toss.  We taped one ghost friend on each of three black Powerade caps.
In Three Ghost Friends: Learn About Opposites, the ghosts experience "wet and dry" by swimming in a pond.  We painted different sized plastic container lids blue to make our ponds.
If you don't have lids you could paint paper plates or even just blue pieces of paper.
Painting the lids was fun for my oldest daughter and youngest son.
Once the lids dried in the sunshine, we painted on point values with gold paint. My son chose the point values -- 40, 70, 100, 5000, etc.
We laid our "plates" on the ground and we tried to land our ghost "coins" on them.
The ghost is wet! 100 Points!
